To be included in our Wedding Activities, book your stay exclusively through our group room block using the “ROOM BLOCK” button in the top-right corner of this website. If you book outside of this group, UNICO 20°105° will charge $100 per person per wedding event.

  • Please Note: Rooms are held for check-in July 15- check-out July 18; please email us for extension availability.

    • If your preferred room type is sold out, and you would like to upgrade your room, arrive earlier, extend your stay, change your room type, or modify the length of your stay, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing, availability, and assistance.

  • June 14, 2027 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.

  • Specific buildings, adjacent rooms, or room numbers are not guaranteed, but may be requested at check-in.

  • UNICO 20°105°, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types; they are upon request only; on the future booking page. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.

  • Some Ocean View rooms may have a partial view of the ocean. Including swim out level rooms.

  • Modifications to your room category are possible, but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.

  • UNICO 20°105° is strictly 18+ with no exceptions.

  • Check-In: 3:00 pm; Check-Out: 12:00 pm
